- Fixed discretionary bonus in the first year, based on non-commission performance targets
- Significant commission from Year 2
- Company car
- Pension scheme
- Private healthcare
For applicants
Please note: we are only interested in interviewing candidates with experience in either scaffolding contracting or scaffolding hire and sales. Any applications for this role without this experience will not be considered.
Candidates should also have:
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to negotiate
- Self-motivation, able to work autonomously in a growing business
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
You will build this role from scratch, so you must have a hands-on approach and be able to use your initiative to build awareness, momentum and sales. You will be fully supported by ULMA and by Des Moore, an industry leader, who is managing the entry of ULMA to the UK market.
If the successful candidate performs well in this role, there is a strong opportunity to lead the wider operation in the near-to-medium future.
