SuperScaff is an online job listing platform designed for the scaffolding industry. We connect employers with candidates seeking work in scaffolding-related roles across the UK and internationally.

2. User Accounts

  • Job Seekers: You must create an account to apply for jobs, upload your CV, and receive job alerts.

  • Employers: You must create an account to post job listings, manage applications, and access candidate profiles.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. SuperScaff is not liable for any unauthorised access to your account.

3. Posting Jobs (For Employers)

  • A Basic Free Listing is available with limited visibility.

  • Paid listings offer enhanced visibility and promotional options across the platform and our social media channels.

  • All job postings must be accurate, legal, and relevant to the scaffolding industry.

  • We reserve the right to remove or edit listings that are misleading, inappropriate, or violate our guidelines without notice or refund.

4. Applying for Jobs (For Candidates)

  • Job seekers agree to provide truthful and accurate information when applying for roles.

  • Any attempt to misrepresent your experience, qualifications, or availability may result in account suspension.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Post or upload false, misleading, or inappropriate content
  • Use automated methods to access or scrape data from the site
  • Attempt to interfere with the operation of the platform
  • Share other users’ data or personal information without consent

6. Data & Privacy

7. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

  • SuperScaff does not guarantee that a job listing will result in a hire or that applying for a job will result in employment. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of our platform.

10. Modifications to the Terms

  • We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of SuperScaff after changes means you accept the revised terms.
