About Us
SMD Scaffolding is a growing and reputable scaffolding contractor delivering high-quality access solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Due to continued expansion and another yard opened in Kent, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Manager / Scaffolding Supervisor to join our team to Run multiple Frameworks.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing scaffolding projects from start to finish, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee multiple scaffolding projects and site teams.
Plan, organise, and monitor contracts to ensure deadlines are met.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and safety audits.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and site management teams.
Ensure compliance with TG20, SG4, and all health & safety regulations.
Manage labour, materials, and project costs effectively.
Resolve site issues and maintain excellent client relationships.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Scaffolding Supervisor or Contracts Manager role.
CISRS Advanced Scaffolder qualification preferred.
SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
Strong understanding of scaffolding regulations and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
