Scaffold Supervisor

Job Description

Roofcare are seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Scaffold Supervisor to lead our scaffolding operations, with a strong emphasis on tube and fitting systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site scaffolding operations, ensuring full compliance with HSE and CISRS regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections, including 7-Day Inspections, to ensure the safety and structural integrity of scaffolding.
• Lead and manage a team of scaffolders, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate closely with Site Managers and the Health & Safety Manager to meet project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and scaffolding inventory.
• Identify and mitigate potential hazards associated with scaffolding work.
• Ensure all scaffolding equipment is properly used, maintained, and stored.

What We’re Looking For:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISRS Advanced Scaffolder, SMSTS, or equivalent) are essential.
• Proven experience in scaffolding management, particularly with tube and fitting systems.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• In-depth knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and inspection protocols.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
