Stronghold Hire, a trusted scaffolding and edge protection company, is recruiting skilled scaffolders from the UK to join our growing team in Australia. We work on a wide range of projects — from residential builds to major commercial and industrial developments. Please note you must have a valid visa with full work right; working holiday, defacto, permanent residency,  or Australian citizen.

As part of our team, you’ll work alongside experienced scaffolders most who are also from the UK, enjoy a great work environment, and contribute to delivering safe, high-quality scaffolding solutions across Sydney.

About You
✔ You’re a qualified scaffolder (Advanced) with proven experience
✔ Comfortable with tube & fitting
✔ Committed to safety, compliance, and quality workmanship
✔ Positive attitude, reliable, and able to work well in a team

Requirements

Valid Working Holiday Visa or alternative visa with full work rights
Valid scaffolding qualifications (CISRS / equivalent)
Minimum 4 years’ scaffolding experience
Willingness to relocate to Sydney
Good level of physical fitness
Ability to work safely and follow site procedures
