Pay: Competitive salary, based on experience

Please note that we are unable to provide support with visa sponsorships, and all applicants must be based in the UK and hold a valid right to work in the UK. You will assist in the pricing and contractual negotiations directly with clients or main contractors. You will be in a client-facing capacity; therefore, previous experience in this is desirable.

About Us

Based in Nottingham, Rilmac Scaffolding Company provides access scaffolding throughout the UK.

Providing a quality scaffolding estimating service is key to building the business and our continued success. To strengthen the team, we are seeking a committed and self-motivated individual who can make a different to the performance of the business. The post will be based at our Nottingham office and will cover the Midlands.

As our Estimating Department continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Estimator.

The Role

You will produce accurate and competitive quotations for a wide variety of scaffolding projects. So strong computer skills are essential. Experience within scaffolding is beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes
• Review drawings, specifications, and project details
• Communicate with clients, site teams, and office colleagues
• Assist with tender documentation and pricing schedules
• Maintain organised project records and documentation
• Attend site visits as required (a valid driving licence is essential)

• In possession of a full UK driving licence to attend site visits when required

Essential

• Knowledge of scaffolding systems and temporary works
• Previous experience in construction or estimating
