We are seeking a skilled Scaffold Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing and dismantling scaffolding structures to support construction projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong physical fitness, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The Scaffold Builder will ensure that all scaffolding is safe, stable, and compliant with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

Construct and assemble scaffolding structures according to specifications and safety guidelines.
Dismantle scaffolding after project completion, ensuring all materials are accounted for and stored properly.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
Inspect scaffolding for structural integrity and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations while working at heights or in potentially hazardous environments.
Skills

Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to scaffold building.
