New Era Scaffolding is looking for an experienced Part 2 scaffolder and HGV driver, hrs 6 am to 4.30 pm, meeting at the yard, CR7 7BF. We are also looking for Yard staff, hrs 8 am – 4.30, to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to lead scaffold teams on a variety of commercial and residential projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise scaffold operatives on site.
• Ensure scaffolding is erected, altered, and dismantled safely and efficiently.
• Carry out work in accordance with current health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Organise daily workloads and maintain productivity.
• Liaise with site managers, supervisors, and clients when required.
• Conduct regular safety checks and ensure all work meets industry standards.
Essential Requirements
• CISRS Advanced Scaffolder card.
• Excellent knowledge of TG20 and SG4 guidance.
• Commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure.
Desirable
• Full UK driving licence.
• COTS, SSSTS, or SMSTS certification (advantageous but not essential).
• Experience on commercial and industrial projects.
