Part 3 Advanced Scaffolder – Domestic Solar Installations

Location: Wolverhampton (covering the West Midlands and parts of the East Midlands)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

As fully MCS-accredited installers and proud HIES members, we are committed to helping homeowners reduce energy costs and their carbon footprint. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Part 3 Advanced Scaffolder to support our growing domestic solar installation projects.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures, ensuring compliance with all industry regulations and supporting efficient project delivery across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures to required specifications
Ensure all scaffolding complies with safety and regulatory standards
Work closely with site teams to meet project timelines and requirements
Maintain a safe and organised work environment
Travel to various sites across the West Midlands and parts of the East Midlands

Requirements

CISRS Advanced Scaffolder (Gold Card)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in scaffolding
Thorough understanding of industry regulations and health & safety standards
Full UK Driving Licence (HGV licence is advantageous but not essential)
Flexible and willing to travel to multiple project locations
